I'm a software engineer with experience across large-scale backend systems and customer-facing products. I enjoy work where accuracy and reliability matter, and where the result is something people use every day.

At Google, I work on the systems behind Cloud Spanner billing. At Amazon, I built tools for Finance teams and the ad products behind Prime Video, and I took full ownership of features from design through launch.

Software Engineer, Cloud Spanner Billing

Build and maintain the billing infrastructure for Cloud Spanner, Google's globally distributed database, turning massive volumes of usage data into accurate customer bills across Google Cloud and Trusted Partner Cloud.
Built the cost attribution logic in C++ that shows customers exactly what they pay for network egress and database replication.
Improved the performance of the billing log processors at the core of the pipeline, and automated fleet-wide backfills so older data is billed correctly.

Software Development Engineer, Fintech

Owned frontend development for Roster 2.0, the headcount management tool used by Finance, HR and Recruiting teams across Amazon and AWS.
Delivered Plan Company Transfer, which lets finance managers submit employee transfer requests directly in the tool instead of through manual workflows, streamlining a critical part of monthly workforce planning.
Designed the multi-step request flow, with validation at every step and safeguards that keep confidential details between managers and employees private. Its building blocks became shared components adopted by other teams.

Built ad creative tools for Freevee and launched Pause Ads on a tight deadline.
Optimized the algorithms and data structures behind the ad APIs, significantly cutting their response times.
Designed the video experience for Brand Trivia, letting advertisers share informative content on Freevee.
Set up monitoring, alarms and load testing so campaigns ran reliably at scale.
